Asertividad comunicacional
"La asertividad es la habilidad de expresar tus pensamientos, sentimientos y percepciones, de elegir cómo reaccionar y de hablar por tus derechos cuando es apropiado” (p. 12). Nada más incómodo e infeliz que no encontrar la manera de expresar lo que se siente o lo que se piensa porque ello produce resentimiento, frustración y agresividad.
