According to Kurzweil (BtheB, pp. 108-112), humans are limited by their body. With state-of-the-art technology, he says, we can improve our cognitive skills. He suggests the following:
(1) scanning our brain from the outside or inside to understand the inner workings of the brain (2) downloading our brain to a computer or any machine
(3) brain implants to expand human thinking capacity
