Explore features of a fable
Fables are short stories that teach a useful moral lesson. A moral is a good lesson for us to learn from
• Fables teach you what to do and what not to do by telling you an entertaining story.
• Characters are usually animals or people
• A good, wise character, who follows the moral;
• A lazy, or foolish character who does not follow the moral;
• Usually set outside, in the countryside and habitats, like forest, jungle, desert etc.
