​Circulatory system is a vital organ system of the body. It is made of heart, the blood and the blood vessels. It is the body's delivery system. ​Blood moving from the heart delivers oxygen and nutrients to every parts of the body.

On the return trip, the blood picks up waste products so that the body can get rid of them. A​bout 5 liters of blood continuously travelling through the blood vessels. Heart, lungs and blood vessesl work together. The heart contracts and relaxes rhythemically, squeezing and pumping blood through its chambers to all parts of the body.
