Phillip is a 57-year-old male who has been diagnosed with hypertension. His blood lipid profile showed elevated LDL cholesterol and triglycerides.  He enjoys grilling with friends and family and often cooks steaks, hamburgers, and hotdogs.  He rarely consumes breakfast, but when he does he often goes through a drive thru to grab a biscuit sandwich and hash browns.  Phillip works as a car sales man and often snacks out of the vending machine during the day.  For lunch he orders food with buddies at work (favorites include: pepperoni pizza or an Italian sub on white bread).  Phillip consumes 3-4 alcoholic beverages during the week and often consumes 5 or more alcoholic beverages over the weekend.  Consider this scenario as you answer the following questions.
