Meaning of Home Economics
Home economics is the art and science of home management. It is a field of study that deals with the relationship between individuals, families, communities, and the environment in which they live.

Food and nutrition is the study of food and nutrients and their functions in the body. It covers areas like food preparation, processing, and preservation.
Clothing and textile: it deals with designing and sewing fabrics.
Home management: this has to do with the use of those things the family has to satisfy the needs of the family.
