​Present Simple Passive

• ​am/is/are + past par​ticiple (3rd form of the verb)

• past participle is the form of a verb that typically ends in 'ed'​

• Remember that the past participle always stays the same. Only the form changes.

• We use the passive voice when the focus is on the ACTION and NOT on WHO or WHAT is performing the action.

• helping verbs in passive sentences is always in the form of the verb be

The subject and verb must always agree in number.​
