Youth empowerment is the process by which youth, as change agent gain skills to impact their own lives and lives of other individuals, organizations and communities.​

Meaning of Youth Empowerment​

Life Coping

This skill involves the ability to cope with a problem, task or different situation. For a youth to be successful in life; it is indispensable for him to acquire life coping skill in his daily function or activities to survive.​

This is the ability of a worker to handle an object with the appropriate control and speed of movement required by a task. Examples are throwing, kicking, rolling, bouncing, etc.​
