Surprise!

Question 1

What has been the biggest surprise from our two days?

How well everyone comes together as a team to share ideas. Our degree of experience within the team always catches me by surprise. Perhaps because we don't always work across teams - Train the Trainer has allowed me to see other perspectives

What was your own personal highlight?

For me, it was the escape rooms as this was not a normal activity that we would carry out. It required problem solving skills, teamwork and it was so fun at the time.

Which activities can you see yourself using in your sessions?

Potentially some form of the escape rooms but using more of an accountancy related tasks. For example, bookkeeping puzzles that help to solve a task

In January, what is the one thing that you will definitely use

I would like to record in-depth activities as demonstrated during Tracey's demonstration on Learning Assistant. Better capturing of training and also portfolio feedback can go on Learning Assistant
