January 1st is an exciting time for many people.
The start of a new year feels like a chance to make a fresh start and do better than the year before.
People start by thinking back about things that didn't go so well in 2024.
Then they choose one area that they want to improve for 2025.
The goal that they set is called a New Year's Resolution.
