What do you think implied texture and actual texture means in art?

​The actual physical surface of an artwork or object.

The thick build up of paint makes a real texture. It would feel rough if you ran your hand on it.

Real Texture

The illusion of a real texture. Its a drawing of fur but if I touched the art it would not feel like fur.

Implied Texture

In the bag is a mystery texture.
