Situation Mission

Imagine this Carousel that installed in ABC amusement park we have 5 people that want to ride this carousel and this ride limit only 2 person per round and each round people need time to get in or get off for 3 seconds and must wait played people to get off first before not-played people get in and All of the people are allowed to play this carousel only 1 round you have to program this ride to make your carousel can rotate and stop by itself and make all people can play this ride.
