What is Human Modification to the Environment?
Human beings are constantly modifying the environment to meet their needs. When we modify something we change it. Some of the ways we modify our environment is by building, digging, cutting, or changing the land. Humans change the environment by clearing land, building roads, farming, and drilling for oil.
