Asistencia / Attendance

●Asistir cada clase posible

●Si no vas a asistir a clase por causa de una
cita de doctor, dentista, actividad de escuela,
etc., comunicarlo con la Profa antes de
tiempo de clase para que ella pueda marcar tu
ausencia como “excused”

●Si faltas 4 clases en seguida sin excusa, la
Profa tiene la obligación de quitarte de la
clase.

●Solamente puedes faltar 8 clases en total.
Cuando faltas 8, la Profa tiene la obligación
de quitarte de la clase. Hay opciones para
componer ausencias.

●Por favor de llegar a tiempo. Llegando tarde
es una distracción a la clase.

●Attend class as often as possible.

●If you cannot attend class due to a doctors
appointment, dentist appointment, school
activity, etc. please let Profa. know ahead of
time so she knows to mark your absence as
“excused.”

●If you have 4 unexcused absences in a row, la
Profa has the obligation to remove you from
the class.

●You are allotted 8 absences for this class in
total. If you miss 8 sessions, la Profa has the
obligation to remove you from the class.
There are options to make up your absences.

●Please arrive on time. Arriving late is a
distraction to the class.

Participación/ Participation

●Debes participar en cada clase

●Hay que usar el idioma de meta (español)
todo lo posible

●Debes hacer preguntas cuando no
entiendes la instrucción

●No deberías ser una distracción a tus
compañeros o a tu instructor

●You are to participate in every session

●You are to you the target language
(Spanish) as much as possible.

●You must ask questions if you do not
understand the instruction/material

●You should not be a distraction to your
peers or your instructor

Tecnología/ Technology

●Solamente se usa tecnología a la
discreción de la Profa

●No se debe tener teléfonos celulares en
círculos de discusión

●Si hay circunstancias atenuantes donde
tienes que tender tu teléfono móvil, por
favor de avisarle a la Profa antes del
comienzo de clase.

●Technology is used at la Profa´s discretion

●You should not have your cell phones in
the circles

●If there are extenuating circumstances to
which you need your cell phone on you
during class, please let la Profa know
before class starts.
