Going to: describing future plans

Use be verb with going to:

​Subject	be verb	​going to	​main verb	​more information
​I	​am	​going to	​do	​my homework tonight.
​We	​are	​going to	​visit	​our grandmother tomorrow.
​He	​is not	​going to	​leave	​on Friday

​We can use contractions ( I am -> I'm / You are - You're etc.)

With negatives there are two contractions for all except I'm not

You're not / You aren't // He's not / He isn't // We're not / We aren't

Note that we often use a time marker (tonight, tomorrow, on Friday)
