iTaLAM.org is acting in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998(“COPPA”).

Our information collection practices are described below. We urge kids to check with their

teachers/parents before entering information on any website and we urge teachers/parents to discuss

with their kids’ restrictions regarding the online release of personal information to anyone they don't

know.

Teacher or Schools Consent in lieu of a Parent

With regard to school-based activities, COPPA allows teachers and school administrators to act in the stead

of parents to provide consent for the collection of personal information from children. Schools should

always notify parents about these activities.

We collect limited personal information from minor students only where that student’s school, district, or

teacher has contracted with us to provide service, which collects personal information solely for the use and

benefit of the learning environment.

If you believe that a student’s school, district, or teacher has not required parental consent prior to our

collection of any personal information, contact us at support@iTaLAM.org.

What Information Is Collected?

At iTaLAM.org, we limit our collection of personal identifiable information of our users to the registration

process which is done by the school or the teacher of the child who will be using the Site. We collect the

following information from the school upon registration to our Site: teacher’s name, Student's password,

name, gender, and date of birth of each of the children that are permitted by the school to use the Site under

his/her specific user name; and, at the school's discretion, we further collect the child's photo ("User

Information") and personal creations (recording, creative art, and assignments). This information is
