​- Play Metronome at 60, 80, 100

Pattern 1 :

Say 1 2 3 4 loud and match the timing with the beat.

Pattern 2 :

Instead of saying numbers, say aloud "Down Up Down Up" and match with timing of the beat.

Pattern 3 :

Now play down-stroke on guitar, and match with metronome

Pattern 4 :

Now play down-stroke + up-stroke on guitar and match with metronome.

If you comfortable, increase the speed to 120 and even 150.
