You can use reflexive verbs in the following format when it is the only verb in the sentence.

Using reflexive verbs

• Before getting up, I wake (myself) up.

• After getting dressed, I eat breakfast.

• I'm going to bed after showering.

For example:

• Antes de levantarme, me despierto.

• Después de vestirme, como el desayuno.

• Voy a acostarme después de ducharme.

As you can see, the conjugation follows the same pattern, with the same endings and reflexive pronouns. You just add the stem-change in. Also note that, in our regular conjugation chart, nosotros and vosotros don't fit in the "boot" of the stem changing parts.
