They are activities that we do in our free time and that give us personal satisfaction and entertainment. Hobbies can be a wide variety of activities, from sports and physical exercises to creative pursuits like painting or writing, or even intellectual pursuits like reading or strategy games. Hobbies help us relax, develop skills and talents, and can be a way to escape from daily routine and stress.
