COMPUTER

A computer is a machine for manipulating data according to a list of instructions. Computers take many physical forms. Computers are available in different sizes, some computers are big, some are medium-sized and some are small in size.

1. DESKTOP COMPUTER:

Such computers are used in homes and offices. They are kept on desks and work only on electricity. They are also known as Personal Computers (PC).

2. LAPTOP:

A laptop is lighter and smaller in size than a desktop computer. It looks like a briefcase and can be carried while traveling. It can work on a battery.

3. TABLET:

It is a mobile device like a computer, it works simply by touching its screen. A tablet computer can be carried while traveling. It can also work on a battery.

4. SMARTPHONE:

A smartphone is a mobile phone which has many features in it. Besides making calls, you can also play games, take pictures, and do more activities. It can work on a battery.
