Paragraph 2: In my hurry to relight the candles in the Red Room, I tripped and fell. The box of matches broke open. Matches fell all over the floor. Just then, the candles went out. Read the following passages. Ballet began as a social dance. That means that it started as a way for people to spend time with one another and connect, not perform for an audience. Some of the first ballet dancers were upper-class French people who lived in the 1500s and who danced ballets to entertain themselves and their friends. Salsa is a type of dance that began in New York City in the 1970s. Salsa began as a social dance. The History of Pizza
The pizza we're all familiar with — the kind with tomato sauce, cheese, and toppings — originated in Italy. Specifically, Raffaele Esposito from Naples is often given credit for creating the first such pizza pie. Historians note, however, that flat breads with a variety of toppings had been sold by street vendors and eaten by the poor workers of Naples for many years.
Legend has it that Esposito was called upon to make a pizza for Italian King Umberto I and Queen Margherita when they visited Naples in 1889. That pizza, which featured fresh tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and basil, is still known as Pizza Margherita today.

Classic Margherita Pizza
Sometimes you just can’t beat fresh, simple, and classic Margherita Pizza. This homemade pizza recipe hits the spot and is so easy to make!
1. Prepare the pizza dough through step 11, including preheating the oven to 475F as described in step 8.
2. Mix the olive oil and chopped garlic together in a small dish. After waiting 15 minutes as described in step 11, spread olive oil/garlic mixture on top of crust. Top with pizza sauce, then the mozzarella cheese slices, then the tomato slices.
3. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until the crust is lightly browned and the cheese is bubbling. For the last minute, move the oven rack to the top rack to really brown the edges. That's optional.
4. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil and pepper. Slice pizza and serve immediately.
