• Describe objects, people, places, feelings, etc.

• Examples:

1. Comparatives

• Membandingkan HANYA 2 benda/orang/hewan.

• Memuat kata "than" di kalimatnya.

​1 or 2 syllable

​Lebih dari 2 syllable

​Adjective + ER THAN

Taller, fatter, bigger

​MORE + Adjective + THAN

Exceptions to the rule

• Two syllables ending in y. Change to i and add -er

• Example: Pretty --- Prettier / Easy --- Easier

• Two or more syllables. More + adjective + than

  Example: More beautiful than / More expensive than / More handsome than
