Good sleep means getting the right amount of sleep each night for your age. This is usually around 8-10 hours for school-aged kids

These foods include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and healthy fats. By eating a balanced diet, we can help our bodies grow and develop properly, and provide us with the energy we need to stay active and focused.

During sleep, our bodies repair and recharge, which helps us feel rested and ready to face the day. Getting good sleep can also help us perform better in school, be more focused and alert, and have better moods.

By being physically active, we can help our bodies stay strong and flexible, and improve our overall health and well-being. Physical activity can also help us manage stress, improve our mood, and boost our confidence.
