As an operator, you will receive calls from people who will request some type of assistance from you (information, directions, general questions, and/or to report an incident).

What do you do next.....

1. Name - Who are they?

   Obtain a first and last name

Your next step is to obtain an email address and phone number from the person that is calling.

Where are you? Obtain an exact location for the person. If they are unfamiliar with the area, ask for cross-streets, what they see around them, landmarks, etc

WHAT IS A SECURITY RELATED QUESTION?

Theft and vandalism

Anyone who attempts or causes bodily harm onto others

Some examples include:

A person who tries to breech the event

Anyone with a physical weapon

Explosive devices

This can be anything that that poses a threat to the event or staff.

For WWC - there are 2 main locations Australia and New Zewland.

In the event of a threat towards FOX Personnel . talant etc

• A man who has a large duffle bag with him who entered the stadium
