What is
Quizizz?

Quizizz, created in 2015 by Deepak Joy
Cheenath and Ankit Gupta, is a learning media
assessment tool where teachers create their
own quizzes (or search for existing quizzes) and
assign them to students. The quizzes can be
timed, taken as teams, or even played like
games with power-ups. They can also be
assigned independently for homework. Quizizz
can be accessed from a web browser on
desktops or laptops or from an app on mobile
devices or tablets.
Quizizz is assessment, instruction,
and practice that motivate every
student to mastery.
