STOCKING THE FRIDGE!

• Stocking the fridge (what does this mean?): -Grabbing from the correct crates (checking expiration dates), -stocking alternative milks, muffin tops, etc

19

Drink Making positions

• Drink making positions (leaning on your bar mate- asking questions if you aren’t sure!) We’ve been doing a really good job of running out full orders- keep it up :)

20

COMPANY UPDATES we gotta get down with!

  • Dutch Soda is now Sparkling Soda

  • Frosts are now Shakes

  • Hot Chocolate Is now Hot cocoa. These changes are so that it is easier for customers to know what they are getting, nobody has to speak “Dutch Bros”

  • Sugar-free is out Zero Sugar added is in - the reason for this is that not all “sugar-free drinks are completely sugar-free, there are still natural sugars within the drinks that are ordered sugar-free. We are now going to refer to EVERYTHING as Zero Sugar Added.

  • “Dutch Favs” are Kicker, Annihilator, Golden Eagle, 911, White Mocha, Double Torture, Caramalizer, and Cocomo.

21

Let's really hit on zero sugar added

Moving forward:
-When a customer orders a sugar free drink we should always be repeating back. Zero sugar added or " with sugar free flavor added"
EX:
"Zero Sugar Added Kicker"

"Kicker with sugar-free flavor"

22

NEW UPDATE FOR HALF CAF!

MILK TEMPERATURE!

All milk must be put back in the fridge after use!

Breve, chocolate milk, and soft top may remain on the bar if we are BUSY. However, any chance to immediately put away any dairy (including whip!) products is extremely important. If you are unable to put milks back right away, SWAP your milks.

35

Attendance expectations

That you are clocked in and in your position at the start time of your shift.

RUNNING LATE TO SHIFT:

Expectations: That you are CLOCKED IN and IN YOUR POSITION at the time of your scheduled shift. Failure to be clocked in and in your position will result in a write up. It’s up to YOU to make it to work on time. If you struggle with this please let Amber & Katieknow and we can come up with different ways/ goals to get you to work on time!

If  you are running late these are the steps to follow:

STEP 1: Contact the shift lead that’s on as soon as you know you will be running late. (save their #’s to make this easier)

***If you are unable to reach the shift lead contact Amber or Mia. It’s easier if you contact the shift lead on because oftentimes Mia and Amber don’t see it soon enough to be able to relay the message in time.
STEP 2: Once you arrive to work YOU MUST inform Amber & Mia  in a group message that you were late to work & the reason why. If we find out that you were late and didn’t inform us the consequences are much worse than just being late.

36

MOCHAS AS FROSTS!

Anytime you are making a frost as a mocha it's important that you are adding in chocolate sauce instead of chocolate milk. The chocolate sauce is what makes the frost a mocha!

37

COMMUNICATION!

Who should i talk to about what?

Anything work related, your go to's are Amber & Katie! Please refrain from calling, texting Chris unless you are pointed to do so or if you don't feel comfortable bringing the concern to your managers.
