Deceiving Looks

Some foods looks may deceive you as they're marketed to be a healthy even though you still shouldn't eat it on a regular basis or much at all.
- Health chips - lots of sodium

- organic gummies - lots of gelatin and sugar alternatives
- vege crackers - flavour enhancers (chemicals)
- vitamin & "healthy" energy drinks - packed full of sugar
And an obvious one is food shaped lollies like watermelon or fruit basket

Aspects of foods that aren't so good

There might be some aspects that make the food not the best to
eat all the time.

  • Bananas have lots of sugar - don't eat too often (especially if diabetic)

  • Pineapples have lots of acid - brush your teeth

  • Avocados are high in calories - are very filling, don't eat too much

  • Cured meats - not fresh, fatty, sodium rich, pumped with preservatives
