MULTIPLICATION : Multiplication is a mathematical operation that indicates how many times a number is added to itself.

Properties of Multiplication

  1. The product of a number multiplied by 1 is that number itself.

    Example : 4296 X 1 = 4296

  2. The product of a number multiplied by 0 is 0.

    Example : 6818 x 0 = 0

  3. If the order of the numbers multiplied is changed the product remains the same.

    Example: 5295 X 824 = 824 X 5295
