Have you heard about angels and the heavenly creatures? Have you seen the sun that shines during the day, the moon and the stars at night, your family and friends? Have you seen the animals of the land and the birds in the sky?
A very long time ago, there was no sun or moon, nor were there any people, neither young nor old. Everything was dark. God spoke, and when He spoke, He created the sun that shines during the day and the moon and stars that glow by night.
God loved man, even before He created him.
In the beginning, there was no light for man to see; there were no humans or animals.
1:1 God Created Everything
2
On the first day, God said, "Let there be light,"
and indeed there was light.
On the second day, God created the firmament
to divide the waters and called it "heaven."
On the third day, God gathered the waters together
and dry land appeared. God then created the plants.
On the fourth day, God created the sun to give us light and warmth. He also created the moon and the stars to shine in the sky at night.
On the fifth day, God filled the sea with fish and filled the sky with singing birds.
On the sixth day, God created all kinds of animals. He also created Adam and Eve, the first man and woman on earth.
Everything was beautiful and that is why God blessed the seventh day.
Thank you Lord, for creating this beautiful and wonderful world for me.
