​ a finales del siglo XIX, de la mano de la Escuela de Annales (Francia) y Past and Present (Reino Unido). como una respuesta a la historia política, abordando la vida cotidiana de los hombres de a pie frente a los acontecimientos protagonizados por las élites políticas y la nobleza.

• La ideología marxista.
