Always push yourself
Maths is the sport of the brain, it teaches you to always try to find a way go beyond your boundaries to solve problems. If you don't find the exercises slightly difficult it means that you are not learning you are not really doing maths. It is normal to be a bit puzzled, to ask for help. It is like in sport if your body doesn't ache a bit it means that you haven't given the best of yourself.
