What is the question sentence structure?
Question word + verb "to be" + personal pronoun + ?
How are you ?

What is the answer sentence structure?
Personal pronoun + verb "to be" + adjective (emotion).
I am happy.
He is sad.
She is tired.

What to remember:
Your sentence structure is in the simple present tense. This means that your verb "to be" indicates that the emotion that someone is feeling, is being felt NOW.

What is a personal pronoun contraction?
A personal pronoun contraction is formed when the pronoun is combined with the verb "to be". Usually the first letter of the verb "to be" is removed and an apostrophe combines the two words together.
