William Wordsworth

William Wordsworth was born in Cumberland in the Lake District.He was educated at St J. College inn Cambridge

​He went to France where he met Annet Vallonwho bore him a daughter.
When he came back to England he married Mary Hutchinson a childhood friend

​ Life

In 1805 he finisced the Prelude his masterpiece, a long autobiographical poem in 14 books .
Together with Samuel Coleridge he worked on a collection of poems called The Lyrical ballads which contained his famous Preface that became the famous Manifesto of The English Romanticism.
