Hydrogen makes up nearly half of the "normal" matter in the universe and the rest is locked up in galaxies.

  In 1.03 Content Page 1, the percentages given for elements in ocean water leave out the 2 major elements - oxygen and hydrogen and only provide information on the ions that are dissolved in ocean water.
