An angle measures the space between two rays in degrees.

What is an angle?

The vertex is the point where the two sides meet, so we could name this "Angle A"

We can also name the angle using it's sides and vertex. We could name this "Angle BAC" or "Angle CAB".

Naming Angles

​We can identify angles by "naming" them. We can name an angle using the vertex and/or the sides.​

​The vertex is always the middle letter!
