In January (beginning points), the number of enquiries received by telephone stood at
approximately 900, which was about 100 and 500 higher than by letter/email and by telephone respectively. From January to March, in person showed an upward trend and overtook by letter at around 700, while the latter remained stable at the same period. By contrast, by telephone dropped a
bit and then bounced to 1000 in March.

From March to June (2 intersections), in person saw a
dramatic increase and overtook by telephone at nearly
1000 and after that consistently higher than the other two,
peaking at more than 1900. Similarly, by telephone rose
and became the second most popular method, which was
300 less than in person. By letter fell by 400 and
remained stable at 380 in June (finishing point).
