A report text that presents and/or summarizes the facts about a particular event, topic, or issue.
The idea is that people who are unfamiliar with the subject can find everything they need to know from a good report.
What is a report?

Choose the correct opiton(s)
You might be asked to write a report when a person in authority needs information.
In the first line of the introduction, you should say what the aim of the report is.
A report should be divided into paragraphs, each with a clear subheading
on the left.
At the end of the report, you will probably be asked to recommend
what should be done.

Try not to use contractions.

Describe clearly how each initiative works and their results
Ex: For instance, since cars are a big source of pollution, a new transport plan focuses on getting people out of their cars.

Finish your report with your conclusions and recommendations.
Ex: London is not the only city trying to be more eco-friendly.
Time to wrap it up!
Read again your report and check for spelling mistakes, words that do not make sense or grammar mistakes.
