Follow basic steps
1. Set up: Facility(seating, lay-out, get your materials and laptop ready, check the sound system), Check attendance, Clean up the classroom if necessary.
->should be in the class 3-5 mins before it starts.

4.Objectives: is a must, should have students writing it down on their own notebooks or repeating the objectives multiple times->criteria in observation section.
5.Teaching (should include a wide range of activites)->follow-up demo lessons->provided by coordition team from 11-17/12/2023 or in team meeting 16/12/2023.

Neglect of duty of insubordination or refusal to comply with employer's instructions, unless such instructions are injurious to the employee's safety and health will result in:
-1st and 2nd violation: Verbal warning from team leader
-3rd violation: Email warning
-4th violation: Written reprimand
-5th violation: Discharge
*Request for a day-off have to be made 3 days in advance.
