Inside the leaflet live three tiny creatures: the green Chlorophyll, the yellow xanthophyll and the orange carotene!

​In Spring the chlorophyll is bigger than the other creatures but when Autumn comes and the weather gets cold little Chlorophyl builds a wall around, but the water that it receives is very little... As a result the Chorophyll becomes tiny and Xanthophyll and Carotene become giants! Then the leaf gets yellow, orange, brown.
