Open the HomeAgain Process 

Open the most recent Lost record 

Click on Pet Sighting

Complete the form 

A case is created for us to call the pet owner 

An email is sent to the pet owner 

A pet sighting record is created

Click on the one that says LOST.

Click on Pet Owner Found.

And fill up the found date.

Pet Marked as Green - Not Lost 

No Longer Have Pet 

Pet Marked as Green. Pet Status also updated to Match (deceased, Rehome, or Surrendered).

Made Arrangements to Collect 

Pet Marked as Yellow - Not Fully Found
