What will we cover and discover?

The mouth links to a certain sense (can anyone tell me what sense that is?) that we can use to identify things in our mouth and the way they feel. Some people are extremely sensitive to certain foods and drinks and can have overloads when they consume them, so we will be testing different foods and drinks that we may experience different sensations with.
