Words that describe, tell me
something about, nouns (people and
things) are adjectives.

Adjectives and Their Rules
Adjectives must agree (match) the noun they are describing in
2 categories: GENDER & NUMBER.
In Spanish adjectives come after the noun.
For example: La casa rosada es mía.
Gender Rule
If the noun is feminine then the adjective is feminine.
If the noun is masculine then the adjective is masculine.
Number Rule
If the noun is singular then the adjective is singular.
If the noun is plural then the adjective is plural.
