What's the difference?

Let's talk about wha​t the difference between an Extended Constructed Response(ECR) and a Short Constructed Response(SCR) is.

(AKA: Short constructed response)

​This is what you SCR will look like, did you notice the phrase, "answer with evidence from the story"? This means that you will need to use the RACE strategies for this!

This is worth 2 points, answer + evidence.

  for you Introduction, paragraphs and conclusion.

• The test raters will be looking for these things:

  • Did you answer the question correctly and fully?

  • Did you give the correct evidence?

  • Did you write and spell everything correctly? (Edit and Revise)
