Evaluation
-
In order to determine if the integration plan has been successful, we will take a survey on
their current eating habits and intake levels of saturated fats and vegetables (linked below).
-This survey will be conducted after our integration plan to determine how their saturated fats,
processed foods, and vegetables intake has changed over time.
-Measuring the changes in these levels will give us a good idea if our plan has been
successful if their saturated fat intake levels have decreased and they are opting for
more whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and sufficient protein
sources.
-To see if they have increased their knowledge on saturated fats, we will come in on site to
discuss with the employees their experience and see if the educational session we introduced
has had an impact on their diet.
-Ask about nutrition related questions, see if they need any other resources, ask if this
lifestyle is something that will continue to incorporate into their lives.
