Counselor Instrument Evaluation Tool

The CKES provide a common definition of a professional school
counselor’s effectiveness to ensure consistency, equity and
comparability across districts and the state.

The CKES aligns with the four components of a comprehensive
school counseling program (Define, Manage, Deliver, and Assess).​
