What is
Bitmoji
3
What is it?
●A free app that allows users to create an avatar that can be
completely personalized.
●Using your avatar can be a fun, engaging way to add some
personality to emails, assignments and lessons.
●Great for both students and teachers to connect and get to know
each other better by expressing themselves, improve relationships
without saying anything!
3
4
What is it?
●The app is a “secondary” one, used to create the little cartoon-like
images, which are then usually shared on other platforms.
●The App gained huge popularity for use in remote learning, with its
ease and functionality in Google Slides. It has been a way to
connect when face-to-face interactions may not be possible.

●You can then start building your classroom from scratch, using
images you find online, or even taking photos and uploading them
yourself.
● Lots of templates can be found online if you want something
generic to get started quickly. Don’t be afraid to start small and
build the more comfortable you get.
Example - the following image started with “white brick wall”
