Purpose of survey

Hey Ladies!

In this survey, there are two general questions about our team and then questions regarding positive things you see in your teammates. (Not every player that has played with us is included at this point.)

Please feel free to brainstorm and come back to this if that is easier for you. But please consider completing this because I think it is helpful to know how each of us is valued on the team. You are welcome to elaborate on any slide!

Purpose of survey

Your teammate will eventually see your responses, but will not know who they are from.

It is so easy, in sports, to concentrate on the negative. I want to prime us to think positively this weekend! Positive thinking ALWAYS leads to better play!

Remember, mistakes are acceptable as long as we are hustle, learn from the mistakes and are doing our best! Forget them and move on to the next play. Don't let one mistake ruin the next 3-6 points and/or the whole game! I have been so excited to see each of you develop this season!
