～すぎる・～すぎます　too .....

すぎる (sugiru) or  すぎます (sugimasu) in Japanese is used to indicate that something is excessive or too much of a certain quality described by the adjective. The "すぎる・すぎます" part essentially means "too much" or "excessive."

FORMULA:
Adjective + sugiru / sugimasu
As for the い (i) Adjective, you will need to drop the last い syllable first

Example:

さむい　Samui：Cold

さむい (Samui)　→ さむ (Samu)　→ さむすぎる・さむすぎます

                                                                Samusugiru / Samusugimasu : too cold

OOはOOから、あまりすきじゃないです
Because ....... is ........, I don't really like it
