L3 YR1 Unit 306 session 7b Bathroom quotation

​Task

 

Produce a quotation for the installation of a new bathroom suite comprising of:

• A bath

• A wash hand basin set in a vanity unit.

• A W.C.

​The quote is to remove the existing bathroom suite (Components are in the same place).

Cut back hot, cold and wastewater pipework to positions indicated.

Re-pipe the system.

Re-fit new suite including all connections.

The customer will supply the bathroom suite including all taps and appliance waste fittings.

You must include all fittings, pipework, sundries (Screws, plugs, flux solder etc).

Your hourly rate is £25 per hour, (You are to decide how long the job will take for one plumber).

You can use the internet to give you, ideas on the presentation of the estimate, however you may not copy from any other source.

You may present the estimate as a word or excel document.

 We will compare each other’s estimates once complete.
