em suas medições de temperatura. Os principais países que utilizam
essa escala são os Estados Unidos, Ilhas Cayman, Bahamas e Belize.
A maioria dos países ao redor do mundo utilizam a escala Celsius
para medir a temperatura.

❏ A fórmula de conversão de Celsius para Fahrenheit é: °F = (°C × 1,8) +

32 e de Fahrenheit para Celsius é °C = (°F − 32) ÷ 1,8. Veja algumas
conversões:

10 °F = -12.2 °C
20 °F = -6.6 °C
30 °F = -1.1 °C
40 °F = 4.4 °C
50 °F = 10 °C

60 °F = 15.5 °C
70 °F = 21.1 °C
80 °F = 26.6 °C
90 °F = 32.2 °C
100 °F = 37.7 °C
